Verani Lab Center was born in Canzo. Its aim is to spread the culture and the art of coffee.

It is a place where experts can share their experiences and their know-how and also increase their skills. It is also open to the “coffee rookie” who wants to face for the first time the world of coffee.

Verani Lab offers to the Ho.Re.Ca professionals training and updating courses in order to satisfy both operator and market demand. It is an amazing itinerary tending to turn the moment of coffee tasting into a unique experience for the client, also presenting new and creative coffee drinks to complete the offer.

CANZO

Nimex S.r.l. si trova da sempre a Canzo (CO), nel cuore del cosiddetto Triangolo Lariano, the territory between the two branches of Lake Como and, to the south, the 5 Briantei lakes of Montorfano, Alserio, Pusiano, Annone and Garlate. The Triangolo Lariano is a green territory, crossed by the first stretch of the Lambro river and characterized by the first reliefs of the pre-alpine mountains, a popular destination for the Lombards for excursions and activities in the nature and, in winter, for skiing, snowshoeing and entertaining the children on the snow with bobs and sleds. The Lariano Triangle is also dotted with small villages where, next to castles and churches of medieval origin, the culinary and craft traditions of the Larian territory still survive.
